Grade Appeal Form for IB Students

This form is designed for IB students to appeal discrepancies in final grades. It should be used only after discussing the issue directly with your classroom teacher.

• MYP Students: You may appeal if your final achievement levels or overall grades do not align with the established grade boundaries.

• DP Students: You may appeal if there are discrepancies with predicted grades or semester grades.

Please note that this form is NOT for issues related to individual assessment grades. If you have concerns about a specific assessment, address these directly with your teacher.
